    Authorities must comply with the information obligations pursuant to Art. 13/14 GDPR, as well as the accountability obligations pursuant to Art. 5 para. 2 GDPR. Violation of these obligations will be punished according to Art. 82 GDPR (Right to compensation and liabilitys) and Art. 83 GDPR (imposition of administrative fines).
